SHIPPING
Orders over $100 will receive Free Ground Shipping! For all other shipping options and estimated costs, please inquire directly. We do offer 2-Day Air, or Overnight. All orders will require an adult signature.
We mainly ship vis Fed Ex, but we can ship UPS upon request. All shipments are securely insured either by Fed-Ex or our Third- party carrier.
All orders shipped are not guaranteed same day shipping. We will contact you upon receipt of order to update you on shipment information. Once package is signed for, we are not responsible for it or its contents. We declare full value on every shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange or refund any item within 14 days of receiving shipment. If for any reason you are unsatisfied or unhappy with your piece, please be sure to be in contact us as soon as possible. Please email returns@the-kollective.com to initiate a return. You must first email for a Return Authorization. Upon receipt, we will email you a return insured shipping label. We would be happy to issue a refund upon receipt minus shipping costs of the return ($20). All returned items should be shipped back in original packaging and box. We have the right to refuse any return upon mis-handled merchandise.
For any Gift or Gift card, please know that a store credit will be issued.
